What types of QR Codes can I create?
You can create QRs for Website URLs, WiFi Access, UPI Payments, Plain Text, Email functionality, and more unique data types.
How does the WiFi QR Code work?
When a user scans it, their phone automatically suggests connecting to the network. You must enter the correct SSID (Name) and Password for it to function.
Is the UPI QR Code compatible with GooglePay and PhonePe?
Yes. Our UPI generator creates a standard `upi://` link string. It works universally with GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, BHIM, and bank apps.
What is a 'Static' QR Code?
All QRs generated here are static. The data is embedded directly into the pattern. This means they are privacy-safe (no tracking) and work forever.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. Since they are static and hold the data directly, they never expire. They will work as long as the destination (e.g., your website) is active.
Can I scan a QR code using my webcam?
Yes. Visit the 'Scan' tab. Grant camera permission, and hold any QR code up to your device camera to decode its contents instantly.
Why is my QR code dense and hard to scan?
Longer data (like a long URL) requires more dots. Use a URL shortener before generating the QR to keep the pattern simple and fast-scanning.
Can I add a logo to the QR Code?
Currently, we generate high-performance standard codes. Adding a logo is a planned feature. For now, we prioritize scan reliability.
Is it safe to scan unknown QR codes?
Be cautious. Scammers can use QRs to direct you to phishing sites. Always check the decoded URL preview before clicking/opening it.
What works best for printing?
Download the largest size available. Ensure high contrast (black on white is best) and leave a 'quiet zone' (white border) around the code.
